This is used for FrontPage users to allow publishing websites directly from FrontPage, however, it is not a must for all FrontPage users, FrontPage 2002 is now supported.


Publishing your web site involves copying the web pages that you have already created on your computer, to the Espinda server on which your domain resides.

For information on how to create a web site using FrontPage please refer to the Microsoft FrontPage documentation.
Procedure to publish your web site using FrontPage:
1. Open the FrontPage application.
2. Select the Open Web option from the File menu to open the web site you want to publish. Select the appropriate web from the list that appears.
3. Select the Publish Web option from the file menu. a dialog box appears.
4. Type in the name of the domain to which you want to publish the web pages.
5. Select either Publish changed pages only, or Publish all pages, as appropriate.
6. Do not select the Include subwebs option as subwebs are not supported.
7. Click on the Publish button. You will be asked to enter a name and password to authorise access.

The web pages are now sent to the server on which your domain resides. When this has finished you can use the Click here to view your published web site link to check that the web site has been updated correctly.
