Espinda Promoter - ScreenShots Espinda Promoter is the most powerful submission software on the Net! From the very first time you open it, you can tell this is not the average submission tool. When you first open Espinda Promoter the Navigation Screen will appear. From this screen you can jump right into any feature of the program. For new users, you would select the New Project button to begin entering in your site's information for submission.
To begin your submissions you will first enter in your site's information. There are 2 ways you can do this. 1 is to manually type it all in. For some people this is the quickest way to proceed. The 2nd way is to use the Spider, which will be shown on the next screen, but you can see the Tab next to Project Settings. The Spider Extractor will automatically pull your site's information into the software IF you have meta tags in your pages. If you do, it will pull every piece of info it can find, alleviating you from typing it in. If you do not have meta tags in your pages, the spider will not be able to complete this, so you would type them in manually or jump to the meta tag utility, create the tags in your pages and then re-spider the pages. Either way, we HIGHLY recommend having meta tags done in your web pages
The Spider Extractor has 2 functions (the wizard is shown here, it can be turned off if you wish to do manually). The first is to pull your meta tag information from your web pages and populate the project settings boxes automatically. The 2nd function is to 'spider' or find all of the web pages listed with your site. For example: you would select 'From Remote Site', hit Next where you would enter in your domain's URL: http://www.yourdomain.com The program would then visit that page, and add all of the linked pages you have on your index page. If you have an order.htm and support.htm pages, it would automatically grab those pages and make Projects for them. You can then select whether or not to submit those pages.
The Submission Wizard will now walk you through the 3 easy steps for submitting your site. The first Step, seen here, is where you select the page(s) to submit (the Std can only submit 1 site at a time, the Pro and Platinum can submit multiple pages simultaneously). Click the box and hit Next...
The 2nd Step in the Submission Wizard is where you select the Search Engines to submit your site to. You can select any or all of the different sites for your site. First Select the Type of Site/Engine, then you can select the Specific Engine in the right hand box. Or, select them all by simply hitting the Check All button...
As you can see, that's all there is to it. Hit the Finish button to begin your submissions. You also have the ability to start this submission later, by UNchecking the 'Start Submitting' box. For Pro and Platinum users, they may choose to advance to the Scheduler where they can put their submissions on AutoPilot!
The Scheduler (Pro & Platinum feature only), gives you the ability to select the sites you wish to submit, and then the interval for re-submission. Consistent submissions are a major factor in getting a better indexing in search engines, and Espinda Promoter gives you complete control over your re-submissions! You can set up the program to re-submit your site 1 time per month to the Search Engines and 1 time per week to the FFA sites, and you NEVER have to re-load that site for submission, Espinda Promoter automates this for you completely!
The Ranking Utility (Pro & Platinum feature only), gives you the ability to check on the listing of your site(s) with all of the major search engines. NOTE: it takes anywhere from 2-9 weeks for search engines to index new submissions, so running the ranking utility on a site you have just submitted will not produce results. You can check the ranking of your pages with any number of different key word queries, showing you exactly where you're ranked!
